v1.1 — Firestore Comments + Dev Artifacts + Auth Plan
- Firestore comments: localStorage replaced with Firestore REST API (GCP pantheon-platform-hq / bahalaka-website). Comments persist across all devices and browsers.
- Edit support: Original author can edit their comments. "(edited)" tag shown.
- Dev Artifacts tab: New tab navigation — Proposal + Dev Artifacts. 11 build artifacts indexed, newest first, all clickable.
- Branding fix: "Security powered by" → "Powered by Pantheon" throughout.
- Auth plan: Register + sign-in for comments planned and estimated (3 boards, 50 pts). Follows lakemedical.org Pantheon C stack pattern.
- Deploy restructured: Now deploys from project root so be/ artifacts are accessible at bahalaka.com/be/
