1 + 1 + A + I means nothing to a human. You have to decode four separate numbering systems. The agreement should read like a sentence — glance at it and know what you signed.

Design Rules

No collisions — every code is unique across all four dimensions (22 codes, zero overlap)
Keep the numbers — codes display alongside the level numbers (e.g. 4 EYES), not replacing them
Separator is · — dot, not plus sign. Reads cleaner.
All caps, plain English — short enough for UI badges but long enough to mean something. Two-word codes are fine.
Self-evident — a Filipina with basic English should understand each code without looking it up.
