Fix — Missing Activity + Release Notes Tabs

Root Cause

Two-file divergence

The site has two HTML files: index.html (root, served by Cloudflare Pages) and site/index.html (backup). When Activity + Release Notes tabs were added in v1.3, they were built into site/index.html only. The root index.html was never updated — it still had only 2 tabs (Proposal + Dev Artifacts).

Since Cloudflare Pages deploys from the root directory, the live site at bahalaka.com was serving the 2-tab version.

What Was Fixed

4 Changes to index.html

CSS: Added Activity styles (activity-row, activity-controls, activity-loading) and Release Notes styles (release, version, date, summary)
Tab buttons: Added Activity and Release Notes buttons to the tab bar (2 tabs → 4 tabs)
Tab content: Added Activity tab section (with sort toggle, comment aggregation) and Release Notes tab section (v1.0–v1.4 changelog)
switchTab: Added activity auto-load trigger on tab switch
Activity Engine: Added full Firestore activity aggregation script — fetches all comments across 28 sections, renders sorted list, click-to-jump navigation
