What Was Added

Activity Tab

New tab between Proposal and Dev Artifacts — shows every comment across all 28 sections
Fetches from Firestore on first open, displays newest-first by default
Sort toggle — switch between newest and oldest
Comment count displayed
Click any comment → jumps to Proposal tab, scrolls to the section, opens the comment thread
Shows: section name, author, comment text (truncated at 150 chars), timestamp, edited flag

Release Notes Tab

New tab after Dev Artifacts — human-readable changelog
Covers v1.0, v1.1, v1.2 — newest first with date and time
Plain language, not technical — written for anyone reading the proposal
Styled with accent-bordered release cards

Tab Bar Updated

Now 4 tabs: Proposal → Activity → Dev Artifacts → Release Notes. Horizontally scrollable on mobile with smaller text to fit.

Decisions Made

Activity loads lazily — only fetches when tab is first opened (28 parallel Firestore requests)
Comments cached after first load — sorting doesn't re-fetch
goToComment() switches tab + opens thread + smooth-scrolls — single click UX
Release notes are static HTML — no build system needed, easy to update with each ship

Files Changed

CSS: activity + release notes styles, mobile tab scrolling. HTML: 2 new tab-content sections, 2 new tab buttons. JS: activity engine (fetch all sections, sort, render, goToComment navigation), switchTab updated for lazy load.

What's Next

Test all tabs on mobile and desktop. Update release notes with v1.3 entry when shipped.
